VCX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-6P, GEMIN8P3, and OR52Y1P. Each is linked with VCX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCX-to-partner and partner-to-VCX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-6P grouped by VCX-low versus VCX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCX→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
