VCPKMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCPKMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,689 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCPKMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, FKBP3, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with VCPKMT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCPKMT-to-partner and partner-to-VCPKMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VCPKMT versus SUPT16H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCPKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCPKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
