VCPIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCPIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,332 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCPIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGEF1, RAB2A, and COPS5. Each is linked with VCPIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-VCPIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VCPIP1 versus ARFGEF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCPIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCPIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
