Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,148 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and tRNA transport. Each is linked with VCP in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCP-to-partner and partner-to-VCP results are reported.
