VAX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,574 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT3A, ZMYM2, and PTER. Each is linked with VAX2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAX2-to-partner and partner-to-VAX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAX2 versus DNMT3A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
