Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,767 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytokinesis, DNA unwinding involved in DNA replication, and Microtubule depolymerization. Each is linked with VAX1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAX1-to-partner and partner-to-VAX1 results are reported.
