VAX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,642 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPYSL5, FOXD3, and TUB. Each is linked with VAX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAX1-to-partner and partner-to-VAX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAX1 versus DPYSL5 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
