VAV2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAV2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,903 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAV2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCK1, ASB6, and RXRA. Each is linked with VAV2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAV2-to-partner and partner-to-VAV2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAV2 versus UCK1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAV2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAV2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
