VAT1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAT1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAT1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-a, Annexin_VII, and VHL. Each is linked with VAT1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAT1L-to-partner and partner-to-VAT1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-a grouped by VAT1L-low versus VAT1L-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
