VASP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,639 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFL1, ACTB, and SHKBP1. Each is linked with VASP in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASP-to-partner and partner-to-VASP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASP versus CFL1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASP→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
