VASP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,089 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP19, RCSD1_S68, and C1QA. Each is linked with VASP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASP-to-partner and partner-to-VASP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASP versus MMP19 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASP→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
