Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,737 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VASP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, ANTXR2, and ZEB2. Each is linked with VASP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASP-to-partner and partner-to-VASP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASP versus FLI1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASP→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
