Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,186 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VASP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC5, CAP1, and CORO1A. Each is linked with VASP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASP-to-partner and partner-to-VASP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASP versus ARPC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASP→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
