Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with VASP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASP-to-partner and partner-to-VASP results are reported.
