VASN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VASN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 366 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1J2, CCR8, and FAM205C. Each is linked with VASN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASN-to-partner and partner-to-VASN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1J2 grouped by VASN-low versus VASN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASN→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
