Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,713 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3135A, SNORD82, and SNORD116-16. Each is linked with VASH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASH2-to-partner and partner-to-VASH2 results are reported.
