VASH1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,816 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF8, NT5DC3, and FAM110D. Each is linked with VASH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASH1-to-partner and partner-to-VASH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASH1 versus TNFSF8 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
