Across TCGA cell cohorts, VASH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,259 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA transcription, Heterochromatin formation, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with VASH1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASH1-to-partner and partner-to-VASH1 results are reported.
