VAMP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,250 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM50A, IKBKG, and ENAH. Each is linked with VAMP7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP7-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP7 versus FAM50A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
