VAMP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,769 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAP31, LAMP2, and VAMP8. Each is linked with VAMP7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP7-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP7 versus BCAP31 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
