VAMP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with VAMP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP7-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by VAMP7-low versus VAMP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
