VAMP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,957 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGO1, MCM8, and PARPBP. Each is linked with VAMP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP3 versus SGO1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
