VAMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 746 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-813P, MT-TW, and SNORD3A. Each is linked with VAMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-813P grouped by VAMP3-low versus VAMP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
