VAMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1 and VEGFR2. Each is linked with VAMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by VAMP3-low versus VAMP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
