Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,918 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Regulation of angiotensin-activated signaling pathway. Each is linked with VAMP3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP3-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP3 results are reported.
