VAMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,619 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC5, NICN1, and ZBTB4. Each is linked with VAMP2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
