Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Mre11, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with VAMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP2 results are reported.
