VAMP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAMP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 984 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL4A, DKK1, and MTO1. Each is linked with VAMP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
