VAC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,569 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and MUC2. Each is linked with VAC14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAC14-to-partner and partner-to-VAC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by VAC14-low versus VAC14-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
