UXT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UXT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,894 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UXT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA1, PSMD10, and UBA1_S13. Each is linked with UXT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UXT-to-partner and partner-to-UXT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UXT versus UBA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UXT→partner) and Y-score (partner→UXT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
