UVSSA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UVSSA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,936 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UVSSA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOD1L1, BOD1L1_S3029, and CTBP1. Each is linked with UVSSA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UVSSA-to-partner and partner-to-UVSSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UVSSA versus BOD1L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UVSSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→UVSSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
