UVRAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UVRAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,071 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UVRAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL12, H2AC14, and MTND6P16. Each is linked with UVRAG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UVRAG-to-partner and partner-to-UVRAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UVRAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→UVRAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
