UTP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,367 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT6H, BUB3, and LIG3. Each is linked with UTP6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP6-to-partner and partner-to-UTP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP6 versus SUPT6H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
