Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCLP2, BPNT2P, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with UTP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP6-to-partner and partner-to-UTP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYCLP2 grouped by UTP6-low versus UTP6-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
