Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with UTP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP6-to-partner and partner-to-UTP6 results are reported.
