Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6780B, MICALL1, and CENPM. Each is linked with UTP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP4-to-partner and partner-to-UTP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6780B grouped by UTP4-low versus UTP4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
