UTP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,806 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP54, METTL14, and NAF1. Each is linked with UTP3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP3-to-partner and partner-to-UTP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP3 versus NUP54 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
