UTP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA6, FIP1L1, and RRBP1. Each is linked with UTP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP3-to-partner and partner-to-UTP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP3 versus UBA6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
