UTP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,098 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDOA, ARF4P1, and POC1A. Each is linked with UTP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP3-to-partner and partner-to-UTP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALDOA grouped by UTP3-low versus UTP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
