Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,331 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are U1 snRNA 3'-end processing, U5 snRNA 3'-end processing, and Ribosomal large subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with UTP3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP3-to-partner and partner-to-UTP3 results are reported.
