Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, c-Kit, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with UTP20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP20-to-partner and partner-to-UTP20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by UTP20-low versus UTP20-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
