UTP20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,232 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDE2, C17orf98, and BAG2. Each is linked with UTP20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP20-to-partner and partner-to-UTP20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDE2 grouped by UTP20-low versus UTP20-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP20→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
