Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UTP14C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UTP14C data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher UTP14C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UTP14C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UVM, OV, and STAD are the cancer types where UTP14C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
