UTP14C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP14C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,169 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP14C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering, Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, and Negative regulation of telomere capping. Each is linked with UTP14C in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14C-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vesicle tethering grouped by UTP14C-low versus UTP14C-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP14C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP14C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
