Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP14C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP14C-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf174, EML4-AS1, and MRPS18C. Each is linked with UTP14C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14C-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf174 grouped by UTP14C-low versus UTP14C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP14C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP14C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
