Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP14C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP14C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Cyclin-D1, and FASN. Each is linked with UTP14C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14C-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by UTP14C-low versus UTP14C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP14C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP14C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
