Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP14C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP14C-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A5, IQCF3, and OR8B4. Each is linked with UTP14C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14C-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A5 grouped by UTP14C-low versus UTP14C-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP14C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP14C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
