UTP14A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP14A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP14A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP14, NOP2, and UTP18. Each is linked with UTP14A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14A-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP14A versus NOP14 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
