UTP11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,715 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF6, ABCA6, and PLSCR4. Each is linked with UTP11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP11-to-partner and partner-to-UTP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
