Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UTP11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UTP11 data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher UTP11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UTP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and CHOL show a favorable association.

KIRP, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where UTP11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
